We will admire its remarkable edition of the works of Flaubert illustrated by Segonzac, Bourdelle, Laprade, Girieud, Naudin, Ouvré and Roussel (...) Room XVIII (...) the large canvas by Favory attests to a solid understanding of tradition visual painting; with Girieud's severely composed shipment, it forms a touching family reunion which neither the measured efforts of Lotiron nor the learned tenderness of Mrs. Halicka disturb.
