Frequent stays in Italy, Marseilles and Provence, in fact, awakened in this painter who loves form and clear rhythms, new emotions and aspirations towards which he is now fully oriented. We will see how much Mr. Pierre Girieud has become master of his art and this will be, from May 11 to 23, the opportunity for us to consider, in a large ensemble, the production of a artist of whom nothing, until present, has neither disappointed nor slowed down our admiring sympathy.
